Forward Together: Accessibility and Inclusion for All

Celebrate National AccessAbility Week and join us in the Welsh Hall for a screening of the 2024 Canadian Congress on Disability Inclusion virtual conference.
This year’s theme is “Forward Together: Accessibility and Inclusion for All,” which will focus on how we as a community can help to shape accessible and inclusive communities and workplaces across Canada.
Virtual Conference Schedule:
- 9:55 a.m. to 10:25 a.m. – Keynote speaker
- 10:25 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. – Celebration of Canadian athletes with disabilities
- 10:40 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. – Panel discussion 2: Pathways to change: showcasing progress towards inclusively built environments
- 11:55 a.m. to 12:25 p.m. – Health break
- 12:25 p.m. to 12:55 p.m. – Celebration of Canadian artists with disabilities
- 12:55 p.m. to 2:10 p.m. – Panel discussion 3: Accessibility in employment: supporting an inclusive labour market
- 2:10 p.m. to 2:20 p.m. – Closing remarks
This event will be held in the Welsh Hall. It is free and open to the public. No registration is required.
