Ring in the Year of the Horse, a year of optimism and opportunity, with festive programming and curated reading lists at the West Vancouver Memorial Library. From February 12, the Main Hall will be decorated with vibrant red ornaments to welcome the Lunar New Year.

- Gallop into Spring! Lunar New Year Celebration — Saturday, February 21, 2–4 p.m.: family-friendly celebration with stories, art, calligraphy, games, and festive treats.
- Celebrate the Chinese Spring Lantern Festival [WAITLIST ONLY] — Saturday, February 28, 2–3 p.m.: an interactive, family-friendly event.
- Discover Chinese Arts — Thursday, March 5, 4–4:30 p.m.: lion dance, martial arts, face-changing, and dance performed by local children.
- Celebrate with Music in the Hall — listen to a variety of traditional music, starting Thursday, February 26 to Tuesday, March 17. Performances will take place at 2 p.m., except on March 17, which will begin at 11 a.m. For details, check out the poster on display under the arches listing all the upcoming music events.
