Book Buddies | Ages 6 – 12
StoryhouseChildren will play literacy games and practise their reading skills during this one-hour program with teen volunteers. Kids must be school-aged and able to read some English independently to register for the program. Book Buddies runs from 4–5 p.m. on Fridays, January 12–February 2. Kids must be able to attend all four sessions.
Family Storytime | All Ages
StoryhouseA chance for families to hear stories, sing songs, and learn new fingerplays and rhymes. Librarians will let you know how to modify an activity for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers whenever possible. Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
Fun in French | All Ages
StoryhouseA program for children of all ages to build the literacy skills used in our other storytime programs—but in French! Children will enjoy French stories, songs and more.
