Drop-in Play + Storytime | Birth – 5 Years
StoryhouseJoin us for interactive free-play and a short storytime at 2:30 p.m. in the Storyhouse. Come for the entire time, or drop in for a bit—whatever works for you! Drop-in, no registration required. All children must be accompanied by a parent/caregiver.
Tales for Twos | 2 Year Olds
StoryhouseJoin us for a half hour of high-action rhymes, songs, fingerplays, and short stories designed to keep your toddler engaged and happy while building important pre-reading skills and learning that books are fun! A parent or caregiver must accompany the children. Drop-in, no registration required.
Book Buddies | Grades 1 – 6
StoryhouseChildren will play literacy games and practise reading skills during this one-hour program with teen volunteers. Family Storytime | All Ages
StoryhouseThis is a chance for families to hear stories, sing songs, and learn new fingerplays and rhymes. Librarians will let you know how to modify an activity for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers whenever possible. Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
