Cooking from the Garden with Bri Beaudoin: What’s in Season?
Sunday, October 27 at 3 p.m.–4:15 p.m.
FreeJoin cookbook author Bri Beaudoin to discuss what local produce is in season, share recipe ideas for cooking with seasonal produce, and watch a cooking demonstration for a healthy fall recipe. You will receive print-outs for selecting local produce and a few recipes to take home.
While locally grown produce is often associated with summer, a surprising amount of fresh, seasonal produce is available in the fall! At this time of year, you can enjoy fresh local beets, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, and potatoes—and that’s not all!
