During this session, we’ll explore the significance of mindfulness, its objectives, and engage in practical exercises to enhance relaxation and happiness through cultivating mindfulness.
چطور در لحظهی حال زندگی کنیم و از آن لذت ببریم؟
در این جلسه ما میخواهیم به ذهن آگاهی بپردازیم و یاد بگیریم چگونه در لحظهی حال زندگی کنیم و از زندگی لذت ببریم.
ارائه تعریف ذهن آگاهی اهداف آن و چگونه ذهن آگاه بودن و شاد زیستن از مهمترین اهداف این جلسه است. در نهایت با چند تمرین به انها یاد میگیریم چگونه ذهن آگاهی را به صورت روزانه تمرین کنیم.
