How do I get a library card?
If you can come to the Library, visit the Help Desk. Please bring with you a piece of photo ID and proof of address. For children under the age of 12, a parent or guardian’s signature is necessary. You can also sign up for a WVML card online.
What are the limits on borrowing materials?
You may have up to 100 items checked out at any given time. For more about loan periods and renewing and returning items, click here.
How do I check out ebooks and audiobooks?

How do I search for books or materials in other languages?
Read in languages other than English and view films from around the world here or search the catalogue.
Can I ask you to order a book (or other material) you don't have?
Yes! You can suggest a purchase online or at the Help Desk in the Library. You can also request materials via Interlibrary Loan.
Can children use the public computers?
Effective July 7, children’s Library cards will no longer work on the public computers on the CCC floor because those computers provide unrestricted internet access.
Youth floor computers have filters for certain sites and are located where trained youth staff are available to support younger users.
A child may use a CCC computer with a guest pass if a parent or caregiver requests one.
Children under 10 must have an attentive caregiver present in the Library.
Can adults use the Youth floor computers?
Youth floor computers are for children. Adults may only use them if they are helping or accompanying a young person.
What technologies are available to borrow or use in the Library?
The Library has public computers, printers, a Recording Studio, and more. We also lend technology including Chromebooks, microphone kits, multilingual keyboards, and more. To learn more about what we are currently offering for borrowing or in-Library use, visit our Computers & Technology page.
What services do you offer for people with disabilities?
Everyone can enjoy our collections, computers, programs, and physical spaces. We also bring materials to patrons who are unable to travel to the Library. Learn more on our Accessible Services page.
What online resources do I have access to through the Library?
The Library has subscribed to several online encyclopedias, journal indexes, and other reference resources on your behalf. You can browse recommended resources by topic or search for a specific database. Visit our Online Courses page for more information on Lynda, Mango Languages and more.

Can I donate books to the Library?
