During this difficult time, social isolation means connections are more important than ever. With LibraryConnect you can call, chat or email us to get the support you need while our facility is closed. Our phone line and chat service is open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Mondays through Saturdays.
Whether you would like help finding or accessing community services, have a reference question, or would like help choosing or downloading ebooks onto your device, we are here to provide assistance. We would love to hear from you! Check out our resources and programs specifically for students and educators.
library service update
We are now offering contactless holds pickup in the Library lobby through Library Takeout! Just place a hold as you normally would and wait for an email notifying you that your items are ready for pickup. Our hours for holds pickup, book returns, and our LibraryConnect phone, chat, and email service are now Monday – Saturday, 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. We're here to answer your questions, help you find the support you need, and get you the materials you miss
We are expecting more detailed guidance from the province on safely resuming more services, and we will use this guidance, along with advice from local health authorities, to create a WVML-specific plan.
