The Science of Happiness

Programs on a variety of health and wellness topics by guest speakers.

When you ask people the question "What is the key to happiness?" their answers are often future focused: I'll be happy when I get married, have children, retire, treat my back pain, win the lottery....

In this talk we will explore what psychological science says about happiness. Participants will learn about the myths of happiness as well as some of the lifestyle habits and practices that can improve our well-being in the present.

Presented by Dr. Jocelyn Lymburner, a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years working as a clinician, academic and researcher. In partnership with the North Shore Stress and Anxiety Clinic.
