Making a Mark! Drawing as a Form of Thinking for Non-Artists

The ever popular Capilano Universe Lecture Series is back once again and we are hosting the first exciting session!

Please join Art History Instructor Sandra Seekins as she discusses the various benefits of drawing for artists and non-artists alike. In this interactive presentation, Seekins will explain how drawing helps individuals to develop a number of skills, ranging from improved memory and enhanced hand-eye coordination to enriched self-awareness and better problem-solving strategies.

Presented in partnership with Capilano Universe.

Wednesday, January 24, 7 p.m. – 8:45 p.m., Welsh Hall
