Storytime Fun | Ages 3 – 5
Friday, February 3 at 10:30 a.m.–11 a.m.
An event every week that begins at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, repeating until May 26, 2023
Join us for a storytime full of books, rhymes, felt stories, and puppets for 3 – 5-year-olds. Children who have positive, fun experiences with language and books when they are young have an advantage when starting school. Research shows that five simple activities can help your child get ready to read, and we focus on all five in storytime: talking, singing, reading, writing, and playing.
Drop-in, but space is limited. For larger groups, please contact youth@westvanlibrary.ca to make sure we can accommodate your group.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
For this in-person program:
- Masks are recommended. Anyone who wishes to continue wearing a mask may choose to do so and that choice is respected.
- Capacity may be limited.
Stay home if you are feeling sick. As the COVID-19 situation continues to change, this program may be modified or cancelled.
