Celebrate Heritage Week by joining Rick Titcomb, President of the West Vancouver Fire Services Museum & Archives Society, as he talks about the historic aspects of fire fighting. Rick, who served with West Vancouver Fire & Rescue for 32 years, will also bring some artifacts to show the evolution of fire fighting in West Vancouver.
