Family Stop-Motion Animation: Lights, Camera, Action! | Ages 6 – 10 [VIRTUAL]
January 15, 2022 at 1 p.m.–1:45 p.m.
Free
Attention families! If you could animate any action scene, what would it be? Your family winning a relay race? Your cat using their newfound superpower? Work together as a team to create a short stop motion animation video using items you have at home.
Families are expected to spend about 20 minutes learning before the program.
Adult caregivers stay and play during this program.
What you’ll need: An iPad, iPhone or tablet to make the movie, plus a computer with microphone (or headphones) and webcam for Zoom. Parents and caregivers can find information on creating a Zoom account here.
We will use the “waiting room” feature on Zoom to let participants into the program one by one to keep things safe.
Please register one member per family — you can all join in!
An email address is required for registration. We will email you the Zoom link and more instructions 24 hours in advance of the program.
