As summer winds down and routines get busier, late summer’s produce offers the perfect bridge between seasons. Crisp greens, colourful vegetables, and juicy stonefruit make vibrant salads that work just as well for patio dinners as they do for next-day lunches.
Join cookbook author Bri Beaudoin to explore hearty salad combinations, straight from your garden, that both nourish and satisfy. Learn how to layer textures and flavors, make easy homemade dressings, increase protein, and discover clever add-ins to keep your salads fun and exciting.
Watch a live cooking demonstration and take home simple and flexible recipe ideas that celebrate colourful, seasonal ingredients.
