Code a Superhero | Ages 7 – 10 [VIRTUAL]
Thursday, February 3 at 4 p.m.–4:45 p.m.
Free
Learn how to use Scratch to create your very own superhero! You will create your own avatar and use code to make it fly. No previous coding experience is required.
Kids are expected to spend about 20 minutes learning before the program.
Please plan for an adult to stay online and participate with kids for the whole program.
What you’ll need: A computer with microphone (or headphones) and webcam for Zoom. Parents and caregivers can find information on creating a Zoom account here.
We will use the “waiting room” feature on Zoom to let participants into the program one by one to keep things safe.
An email address is required for registration. We will email you the Zoom link and more instructions 24 hours in advance of the program.
