Calling all designers and book lovers! In this fun program, participants will pick their favorite book and use Canva to redesign a book cover and try to convince others to read it!
Kids are expected to spend about 20 minutes learning before the program. You can find instructions and activities in this handout: Book Cover Remix with Canva
What you’ll need: A computer with microphone (or headphones) and webcam for Zoom. A free Canva account and a free Zoom account. Parents and caregivers can find information on creating a Canva account here and a Zoom account here.
We will use the “waiting room” feature on Zoom to let participants into the program one by one to keep things safe.
An email address is required for registration. We will email you the Zoom link and more instructions 24 hours in advance of the program.
